SUMMARY

Isika is a coffee brand that puts all focus on the farmer. Traditionally coffee companies pay as little to the farmer as possible, leaving most coffee farmers around the world living in poverty. Isika challenges this notion and puts who we think is the most important part of the coffee process front and center... the farmer.

One of the biggest challenges to overcome were figuring out how to be a graphic designer and come up with a decent coffee bag design. Another challenge was translating all of my ideas from my head into my project its self.

Outcome

My project turned out differently than I would have originally imagined but the end result was something I am proud of. My bag coffee design is meaningful and shows a brand that has great values and implements facets of change into a industry that is historically terrible to the people who do the hardest work (the farmers.)
