Building a full podcast series connecting youth culture with golden age culture

We identified a gap in the demographics of our client's customer base. We saw this as an opportunity and aimed to address this gap by generating more leads in an impactful and current way - through podcasting

Outcome

The project ultimately took the shape of a new podcast series focused on addressing the demographic gap in Caddis' current customer base. Our research showed that Caddis' clientele tended to be older and very loyal to the brand, while podcasting was becoming an increasingly popular leisure activity across a wider range of ages.

By launching a Caddis-branded podcast, we saw an opportunity to connect with a younger demographic and expand the brand's reach. The podcast format allowed us to provide educational and entertaining content that would appeal to both Caddis' existing customer base as well as a newer, younger audience.
