SUMMARY
Our initial vision was a sweeping Rad Power Bikes U.S. tour, spanning states and offering test rides at various locations, including major events like Coachella. This grand plan aimed to drive sales, engage our audience both online and offline, and reach new customers. By bringing our electric bikes directly to potential buyers at high-traffic events, we sought to convert interest into sales and create memorable experiences. This tour was about expanding our reach, engaging our loyal Rad family, and amplifying our brand's presence both physically and across digital platforms. Although we pivoted to a localized approach at CitiField, the tour's original vision continues to shape our strategies and aspirations.
challenge
Our main challenges included scaling down our original U.S. tour idea and effectively budgeting for a smaller event. We needed to pivot our focus to create a feasible, scaled-down experience while finding the right partners to collaborate with.
Outcome
Our project transforms the CitiField concert experience. We addressed a common issue: navigating a vast parking lot on hot July days. Our solution? Rad Power Bikes rides from the lot to the venue entrance. Attendees enjoy free test rides, beating the heat and long walks. Beyond convenience, it enhances the overall experience. Attendees get future bike purchase discounts, coupons for free beer from Brooklyn Brewery, and contribute to sustainability. It fosters positive brand associations and partnerships, meeting concertgoers' needs for convenience, fun, and sustainability. It elevates the concert experience, making it memorable and enjoyable for all.
