A Cooperative for Women in Rural Cuba in Medicine, Agriculture, and Science.
This project is on Women's Rights in Cuba and how social developments can help improve their lives through gender equality, new sustainable agriculture and medical experiences all through women-led cooperatives in rural Cuba.
Challenge
The challenges that arise from making a cooperative in Cuba is managing it internationally, seeing if members will contribute after initiation and how the government will react to the success of these programs.
Outcome
To strengthen the collaboration of female and domestic workers through cooperatives in Cuba’s workforce, increasing social development and women's technical skills in their area of expertise within the cooperative through courses.
