SUMMARY

Our project, the #HellerChallenge and Heller Menu, aimed to revolutionize brand engagement and product showcasing for Heller Furniture Company. By leveraging user-generated content and community-driven initiatives, we sought to amplify brand visibility, foster customer engagement, and drive sales growth. Through strategic marketing efforts and creative content creation, we aimed to showcase Heller's products in a compelling and interactive manner, inspiring customers to connect with the brand on a deeper level.

In identifying stakeholder needs and market gaps, we recognized a growing demand for innovative marketing approaches and immersive brand experiences in the home decor industry. Through market research and customer feedback, we identified opportunities to enhance brand engagement, drive product discovery, and build a stronger sense of community among Heller's target audience. Additionally, we observed a need for platforms that enable customers to visualize and interact with products in real-life settings, facilitating informed purchase decisions and fostering brand loyalty.

Outcome

The project ultimately took the form of the #HellerChallenge, an engaging community-driven initiative that encouraged customers to showcase their creativity and personal style using Heller's products. Paired with the Heller Menu, a curated catalog featuring user-generated content and compelling product narratives, the project successfully addressed the observed needs of stakeholders and gaps in the market. By fostering a sense of community, inspiring creativity, and facilitating product discovery, the outcome directly aligned with Heller's objectives of enhancing brand engagement and driving sales growth.
