SUMMARY
Through research, prototyping, and industry feedback, I discovered that digital literacy gaps are a key barrier to quality virtual care. So I created TelaEd+! an interactive platform that helps clinicians train and navigate the complex web of telehealth technologies. It simplifies systems, improves patient outcomes, and enables health systems to scale telehealth effectively.
challenge
Through research interviews and user testing, I identified key gaps in telehealth adoption. Clinicians have access to powerful technologies, but struggle to navigate them due to low digital literacy. The core challenge lies in the disconnect between those who build the technologies and those expected to use them. TelaEd+ was designed to simplifycomplexity and support clinicians through intuitive, skill-based training.
Outcome
TelaEd+ took shape as a smart, modular training platform with interactive lessons, real-world scenarios, and adaptive learning paths tailored to clinical workflows. It directly addresses the digital literacy gap by training clinicians to use telehealth technologies and offering hands-on guidance. For IT teams and administrators, it reduces support strain and ensures consistent onboarding.
