I began my project by researching mental health challenges among college students and conducting interviews with affected individuals to pinpoint key issues. This research phase led me to focus on developing a solution. I explored various options and ultimately chose to create an exclusive app designed for college students. The app prototype showcases features designed to address their mental health needs. Improving mental health resources on campuses is crucial because students face significant challenges that impact their well-being. Accessible support helps students manage stress, navigate transitions, and succeed academically, creating a more supportive and successful college environment.
