SUMMARY
Our project is aimed to revolutionize Tulu's presence on Instagram. Starting with an analysis of user demographics and market trends, we crafted a dynamic content strategy focused on engaging Gen Z users. Through influencer collaborations, educational content, and community engagement initiatives, we fostered a vibrant online community. Our journey unveiled the power of Instagram in amplifying Tulu's sustainability message and driving rental conversions.
challenge
Stakeholder needs included a desire for increased brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates among Gen Z users. Through market research and stakeholder interviews, we recognized gaps in Tulu's Instagram strategy, such as a lack of diverse content and influencer partnerships. These gaps presented opportunities to enhance Tulu's presence on Instagram, amplify its sustainability message, and cultivate a loyal community.
Outcome
The project is a content strategy, employing Instagram Reels and photos to spotlight Tulu's products, sustainability efforts, and customer stories.By introducing the prototype grid, we strategically addressed the gaps in Tulu's Instagram approach, enriching content diversity and integrating user-generated materials. Through imagery and narrative, we captivated audiences, effectively conveyed Tulu's value proposition, and stimulated meaningful engagements and rental transactions on the platform.
