Selling is never about convincing. It is always about helping. As social beings, Colombian user journeys and preferences are unique and nonlinear. Trust established by organic influencing fuels Colombian marketplace transactions and interactions. Local Colombian brands, influencers, and consumers thrive via social sharing through word-of-mouth and online communication. Driven by my passion to highlight value and a deep interest in consumer behavior and brand strategy, I’m determined to balance strategic planning and creative execution to match local businesses and products. I’m here to elevate our shopping and sharing experiences.
challenge
Colombian entrepreneurship is thriving today. Local consumers, influencers, and designers are actively seeking to create connections with each other via shopping and sharing their favorite products and brand experiences. Their user journeys, both promotional or transactional, are far more complicated than their time, budgets, and energy allow. They find themselves having to leap through hoops just to accomplish straightforward tasks. This significantly impacts customer satisfaction and the growth potential of the smaller businesses. Our markets are overcrowded, and our marketplaces are underwhelming.
