SUMMARY
Brand expansion, Valentino Wellness represents Valentino's venture into the luxury health and wellness industry, integrating the brand’s fashion heritage with an innovative wellness experience. Due to the fashion luxury market saturation, I decided to build a strategic plan, brand and strategy book for Valentino Wellness's approach to launching a luxury wellness retreat that offers a seamless blend of wellness and holistic experiences, leveraging Valentino's brand strengths to enter the health and wellness/hospitality market.

Outcome
The project took the shape of a sort of business proposal with a brand book and strategy book, which after extensive case studies interviews and surveys, are made to fit the needs of clients.
