SUMMARY

Amidst digital overload and rising financial anxiety, we identified a need for personalized financial services. Leveraging in-person bank branch assets, we crafted Xenia. Through collaboration and thorough investigation into actionable client success, we developed service guides that spark client curiosity and drive interest in financial products. Xenia empowers action, enhances financial wellness with professional support, and boosts business for partnering banks.

challenge

Despite the rise of digital banking, 76% of clients still visit physical bank branches for needs like deposits and transactions. However, these branches often fall short, leading people to avoid financial responsibilities and seek information from unreliable sources. In the digital era, users face heightened financial anxiety, fostering avoidance behaviors and poor financial wellness cycles. Xenia recognizes the challenges in navigating this complex landscape, where clients hesitate to take control due to anxiety and inertia.

Outcome

Harnessing valuable in-person interactions, Xenia unlocks clients' financial potential through guided services and hospitable experiences. By facilitating curiosity and exploration of financial products with professional guidance, Xenia addresses stakeholders' needs for personalized and supportive financial assistance. Through collaboration across various teams, Xenia crafts service guides and strategically tests client to advisor guidance placement. Xenia's strategy reduces anxiety and empowers individuals to take actionable steps toward improving their financial well-being, effectively sparking client curiosity and driving interest in existing financial services and products.
