SUMMARY
I want to focus more on for industry to change from these biases. Focusing on this topic inspires me to ask if industries even know about minorities who face discrimination from job hiring due to biased algorithms. Like I want to learn, are they even aware of this problem?
challenge
From these insights, I identified gaps like lack of awareness among both job seekers and recruiters regarding how algorithms function and the biases they introduce. While job candidates are facing rejection on a daily basis through algorithmic hiring process.
Outcome
Since I wanted the industry to be aware that lead to my opportunity to educate recruiters through certification where it can rise trend in bias free hiring process. And job seekers can finally be accepted in ethical hiring process.
