SUMMARY
 

I started this project because I was inspired by innovative agarwood designs and my family's traditional use of agarwood. I started researching about the agarwood market in the US and related markets like crystals, gemstones and healing jewelry and learned how Americans value healing jewelry. I wondered how I could ntroduce agarwood to the US market and appeal to American customers. My idea is to combine agarwood and other gemstones together. I also saw the opportunity of a spiritual awakening. More and more people are turning to healing jewelry for meditation, inner peace, and the spiritual journey.

challenge 
 

The opportunity is perfect for me to bring in a agarwood brand. However it is difficult for American customers to accept a product that they've never heard about before. I eventually turned to social media targeted marketing strategies, especially to young audiences, using myths, surveys, and fun programs to inform people about agarwood.

Outcome
 

I eventually created a fun survey/quiz to advertise my brand. The quiz helps people create their personalized agarwood bracelet.
