SUMMARY
Caddis Commons is a scalable community initiative that fosters real-world connection among the 45+ audience through relaxed, story-driven gatherings. Rooted in Caddis’ values of confidence, humor, and authenticity, the project was tested through a morning meetup featuring a custom card game. The result confirmed that simple, intentional moments build deeper brand affinity than traditional marketing.

Project challenges included: Engaging the 45+ audience meaningfully without feeling performative or patronizing; Balancing brand presence while keeping the experience natural and participant-focused; Encouraging participation in small-scale events with limited promotion and budget; and Translating digital brand identity into warm, in-person community interactions.
Outcome
Project outcomes inclided: Successfully hosted a prototype morning meetup with 8 participants using only $100 and minimal promotion; Developed a low-pressure, brand-aligned activity (Truth & Wit) that encouraged genuine conversations; Validated the insight that authentic, lightly structured interactions build stronger emotional connection than overt marketing; Established a scalable, low-cost model for future Caddis community events rooted in storytelling and connection.
