SUMMARY
This project began with a focus on small businesses struggling to scale and lacking resources for cross-industry collaborations. Through interviews, surveys, and research, I discovered that many brands view collaboration as intimidating or inaccessible without large budgets or marketing agencies. To address this, I developed a show concept that highlights small brand partnerships, showcasing how creative collaborations can drive growth and visibility. This matters because it provides practical, relatable inspiration, empowering small businesses to leverage partnerships for mutual success in a competitive market.

I identified that small brands often lack the resources, knowledge, and confidence to pursue cross-industry collaborations, which are typically dominated by larger companies.
