SUMMARY
I have crafted a holistic consulting agency under the name OGA, specializing in luxury hospitality. In hospitality, the world is coming to your living room to create something truly unique. OGA has the passionate goal to develop cohesive and impactful brand identities for luxury hotels by creating an unforgettable guest experience in all touchpoints, considering only “the best of the best” from each area, such as everything from interior design to establishing scent.
challenge
While many luxury hotels may have stunning locations and extraordinary amenities, they often lack a cohesive brand identity that truly resonates with guests. Brand identity is more than just visual appeal—it’s about creating emotional connections that stay with guests long after they check out. I have found that the most impactful features in creating a compelling brand are location, experiences, technology and personalization. While many agencies provide surface-level “visual” branding solutions, my project focuses on helping luxury hotels develop a cohesive brand identity beyond logo and decor, to enhance the overall guest experience.
Outcome
Initially, I believed that a brand identity only meant to create an aesthetically pleasing look and feel, but I discovered that it’s way more than that. As luxury hospitality is evolving rapidly to cover a broader range of travel services, there is a desire for hotels to differentiate themselves from others because of the increased competitive market. Therefore, OGA is crafted to become pioneers in the luxury hospitality sector, dedicated to crafting an exceptional experience in every touchpoint, through maximizing the value and profitability of what hotel already has, but also providing fresh ideas to create small, yet crucial, moments.
