PainPoint is an innovative digital event planning platform tailored for experiemntial events and small business owners. The project originated from a thorough investigation into common industry challenges, including budgeting constraints, venue booking hurdles, and complex logistics. Employing interviews, desk research, and user journey mapping, PainPoint was designed to streamline event planning through AI-driven tools and seamless vendor coordination. This project addresses a significant market gap, easing the stress of planning while fostering an efficient and enjoyable process for users.

Comprehensive stakeholder research identified critical pain points, such as limited budgets, inefficient venue booking systems, and fragmented logistics coordination. Utilizing methods like stakeholder interviews, role-play scenarios, and ecosystem mapping, I’ve uncovered how these obstacles affect small businesses and artists. These findings highlighted the need for an intuitive platform that combines streamlined workflows, budget management, and user-friendly design, directly addressing these challenges through PainPoint's integrated AI solutions.
