SUMMARY

We started with a simple question: how can we help telehealth practitioners prevent burnout from affecting their work and, in turn, patient care? Traditional wellness tools weren't cutting it for the fast-paced world of remote care. So, we created Praximate, an AI-powered burnout prevention system that works in real-time. It uses a wearable device to detect stress signals like voice tone and body reactions, and an app that syncs with your schedule to suggest the perfect moment for a quick recharge, be it fresh air, a stretch, or a mindful pause. Think of it as your smart wellness companion, helping you feel better so you can care better.

challenge

Telehealth practitioners are burning out from high workloads, cognitive overload, and inefficient workflows. Impacting both their well-being and patient care. Through practioner interviews and review analysis, we saw a clear gap: current systems lack tools to help clinicians catch burnout early. So we created Praximate: an AI-powered solution that detects early stress signals and delivers timely, personalized interventions. It’s designed to support practitioners in real time, before burnout takes hold.

Outcome

Praximate evolved into a real-time, AI-powered burnout prevention tool tailored for telehealth practitioners. It integrates wearable stress detection with smart scheduling and personalized micro-interventions, addressing the critical need for proactive support in high-pressure remote care environments. By aligning with clinicians' workflows, Praximate enhances well-being, improves patient care, and fills a significant gap in the market for seamless, AI-driven wellness solutions.
