SUMMARY
 

The Kent Collection is a boutique hospitality concept that partners with culturally aligned brands to co-create immersive experiences and retail offerings. We began by exploring how hotels can drive deeper brand engagement, then developed a unique collaboration model grounded in storytelling. We discovered guests value tactile connection and brand discovery. Our solution redefines hospitality as a platform for curated experiences.

We identified a gap in boutique hospitality: a lack of immersive, collaborative experiences that bridge storytelling, retail, and guest connection. Through user interviews, peer feedback, and trend analysis, we found guests crave emotional resonance and cultural alignment, not just amenities.

Outcome
 

Our project culminated in a multi-touchpoint strategy for The Kent Collection: a digital-physical magazine, in-room gift baskets with partner goods, and an immersive website. These elements connect guests to the brand's values and offer meaningful retail moments, addressing guests' desire for personalization and discovery.
