SUMMARY
Our concept is to create Champions of AI. These champions connect employees to department heads and are AI advocates. Leading meetings and communication surrounding AI tool introduction, sprints, and concluding review metrics. This concept is for any Sanofi department and their employees. We hope it positively impacts adoption by giving employees a designated AI human connection, open communication, standardized metrics that are tracked, and a way to come together and share how each individual improved their work process with said tool.
challenge
From our trip to Morristown, presentation feedback, and zoom we received some helpful feedback. Users questioned how champions would be assigned or volunteered, how they would be compensated for their extra efforts, and how we would meaningfully integrate this new system into Sanofi’s Concierge application. Additionally, Elaine gave feedback on identifying key personalities/archetypes for champions. Overall users expressed interest in the concepts and offered helpful insights into next steps.
Outcome
Testing our Champion model in Morristown validated its potential while surfacing what truly drives success. Feedback showed that self-selection leads to stronger engagement, as those who opt in are naturally more motivated. We also identified the need for a clear, zoomed-out system view to show how champions, teams, and tools connect, making the model feel cohesive. Incentivization proved essential, with champions gaining value through skill-building, visibility, and growth. Insights further emphasized positioning champions as collaborative peers. Overall, success depends on clear framing, alignment, and thoughtful integration.
