SUMMARY
I realized as a young individual living in NYC, I am always on the go. Whenever I went out for drinks, the sugary cocktails left me with stomach aches and horrible symptoms the next day. As someone who’s health-conscious but also loves to go out, I couldn’t find anything that supported this dual lifestyle. That inspired me to research ingredients, study recovery needs, and design a clean, water-soluble supplement that works with the rhythm of modern city life. My project matters because it fills a real gap for people who want balance without giving up fun.
challenge
I identified a major gap for young, health-conscious people who live fast, social lifestyles but struggle with the effects of drinking, especially the sugar, dehydration, and next-day fatigue. Current products are either outdated, pre- or post-drinking concepts, or not designed for people on the go. Through research, I saw a need for something functional, clean, portable, and aesthetic. This revealed a unique opportunity to create a modern, water-soluble supplement that supports drinking without disrupting wellness routines.
Outcome
The project became a clean, water-soluble supplement designed to mix easily into any drink and absorb quickly. Its portable sachets and functional ingredient formula directly address the needs of young, on-the-go individuals who want to enjoy nightlife without sacrificing how they feel the next day. The key ingredient Hovenia Dulcis combats on hydration and digestion which fills a clear gap in the market for a new modern recovery solution that fits seamlessly into a busy, dual-lifestyle routine.
