SUMMARY
When researching the job and business industries in NYC, we discovered a major struggle is the early stages of forming a business. Interviews showed us that current business owners struggled with moving forward in the early stages due to the excessive amount of paperwork and legal documents that need to be completed, and people who express interest in starting a business felt the same.
challenge
Current solutions do not offer a one-stop spot for people to file their information and paperwork in a clear and organized way. There is a lot of room for error when sending in paper work once it is filled out.
Outcome
Our outcome is a digital experience called StartSwift, which takes users step-by-step through the process of beginning a business. It shows users what paperwork they need to file while also keeping track of progress.
