challenge
I identified that many small brands struggle because they don’t have the budget or product volume to create large batches of content. This gap limits their ability to stay consistent, keep up with trends, or compete with bigger players who can afford frequent shoots. It showed me an opportunity to build a more flexible, low‑volume content model—one that supports smaller brands with affordable, high‑impact storytelling tailored to their scale.
Outcome
The project ultimately took shape as an agency-driven, small‑batch content service tailored for emerging brands. By offering flexible packages, scalable shoot options, and reusable asset systems, the agency structure allows clients to access high‑quality content without needing bulk budgets or high product volume. This directly fills the market gap by giving smaller brands consistent, affordable, and strategically crafted visuals.
