SUMMARY
Tricycle came to us with a key problem. But through our research, we uncovered another. The way people discover, search, and engage with content has fundamentally shifted. People want to learn but struggle to navigate the archive. So we created Tricycle Pathways A system that transform exploration into daily practice.
challenge
AI Overviews have reduced organic search traffic by up to 42% this means less people are finding Tricycle. High-quality Buddhist content becomes invisible by default in AI-mediated discovery environments. The problem is cognitive overload at entry, not content quality.
Outcome
We created Tricycle pathways an easy way to navigate Tricycle's archive in an easy personalized way. By creating a quiz that will guide you to your personalized pathway, then you receive a "master class on that pathway, from intro to Buddhism to love and nature. Once the quiz and the course you will also receive a physical card deck, each card holds a prompt that will help guide and moderate the teachings.
