TRUSTLAYER is a built-in extension that acts as a real-time AI assistant, providing live feedback during drafting - offering risk signals, revision suggestions, and step-by-step transparency. By embedding guidance directly into workflows, it builds trust, reduces uncertainty, and enables more consistent, responsible AI use.
challenge
AI adoption at Sanofi is limited by low trust, unclear guidance, and inconsistent use across teams. We identified that employees need clarity, confidence, and safe ways to use AI, while leaders need consistency and compliance. This created an opportunity to embed guidance directly into workflows.
Outcome
The project ultimately took shape as TRUSTLAYER, a built-in guidance system within Sanofi's internal AI tool. It combines a department-based prompt library, live risk signals during drafting, and performance feedback loops. This directly addresses key needs by reducing uncertainty, standardizing best practices, and embedding compliance in everyday workflows.
