SUMMARY

This case study outlines a strategic approach to expanding ONE432’s wholesale presence in boutique retail through a tailored lookbook and line sheet. The hybrid tool combines engaging visuals with clear wholesale details to captivate buyers and streamline the ordering process. Through research and feedback from boutique buyers, we refined our strategy, identifying key growth opportunities and providing direction for ONE432’s wholesale expansion, strengthening its ability to connect with retail buyers and scale effectively.

challenge 

Expanding ONE432 beyond its self-operated retail locations by incorporating wholesale partnerships with specialty retailers is key to scaling the business. However, navigating the boutique retail landscape requires creating strong B2B relationships, understanding buyer needs, and aligning the brand’s ethos with the right retail partners. The challenge lies in developing a wholesale strategy that effectively bridges the gap between ONE432’s brand identity and the demands of the retail market while ensuring growth and sustainability.

Outcome

We created a lookbook to showcase ONE432’s products highlighting their exceptional craftsmanship and quality, as well as showing their dedication to its artisan community and showcase their unique business model of giving back 50% of profits to their community in Pakistan. / The lookbook, available in both physical and digital formats, equips the brand's sales representative with compelling materials to engage potential buyers and boutique partners, making it easier to introduce and position ONE432 in new retail spaces.
