Existing platforms lack effective ways to foster real human connection or create a personable community for communicating with both peers and providers. This realization led me to refine my focus on designing a platform to "How might we build relationships that transform healthcare experiences through authentic connection and support, and help people feel less alone?" If we can help people feel less alone through open sharing of experiences, we have the power to transform healthcare into a more comprehensive, hopeful journey for all.
