I began exploring the potential of crystal therapy during a personal journey to overcome major depression. Through Fulai, I've developed a platform to connect Gen Z with nature and promote mental wellness through personalized crystal experiences. This initiative addresses the growing disconnection caused by technology, providing a tangible way to achieve balance and inner peace.
challenge
Identifying the needs of Gen Z revealed a significant gap: while many own crystals, few understand their deeper potential beyond aesthetics. By engaging with this demographic, I recognized their desire for genuine connections and effective mental health support. They are hyper connected yet feel alone, craving authentic interactions and grounding in nature.
Outcome
Fulai evolved into a holistic service offering tailored crystal kits, aligning with Gen Z’s values on sustainability and ethical sourcing. The service combines traditional healing with modern technology, like augmented reality, to create engaging, educational experiences. This approach not only educates but also builds a supportive community, addressing the needs for connection and personal growth among Gen Z.
