SUMMARY

ONE432, a sustainable upcycling fashion brand, identified an opportunity to expand its product line by understanding its core customer base of young, mobile travelers. Through extensive research and customer insights, we developed the Araam Bundle—a thoughtful collection of home goods that provides rest and relaxation for constantly moving professionals. By leveraging our existing product expertise and customer understanding, we created a unique offering that bridges fashion and home comfort while maintaining our commitment to sustainability.

challenge

We identified several key challenges/gaps: Existing customers are frequent travelers seeking comfort and connection; Initial attempts to enter the hospitality wholesale market proved difficult; Customers expressed interest in home goods beyond fashion apparel; Need to create products that resonate with a mobile, network-oriented demographic; Finding sustainable ways to expand product offerings while maintaining brand integrity.

Outcome

The Araam Bundle emerged as a strategic solution, featuring: A hand-stitched throw blanket made from recycled fabrics and existing Jutti home slippers priced at $200. Our first go to market launch featuring seasonal collections (winter, spring, summer, fall).Through this we are directly addressing customer desires for comfortable, sustainable home goods and expanding ONE432's product line while staying true to its core brand values.
