SUMMARY

Our project with ONE432, a purpose-driven fashion brand blending artistry and impact, resulted in a marketing campaign to connect New Yorkers with the brand’s mission of love and giving back. Through surveys, interviews with fashion professionals, and competitive analysis, we identified that emotional connections and a sense of belonging drive deep consumer loyalty. We developed a campaign narrative rooted in personal stories and community, asking New Yorkers questions aligned with ONE432’s values. This project redefines how brands authentically engage by blending purpose with human connection.

challenge 

ONE432 faces challenges in brand awareness, consumer engagement, and retail partnerships, with little social media presence. Opportunities lie in leveraging influencers to reach niche audiences, crafting compelling narratives about cultural roots and being based in New York, and hosting experiential events to foster hands-on connections. This will build the brand a larger community and thus have a bigger sense of involvement, which with time will grow sales. By focusing on building emotional loyalty, adopting innovative marketing funnels with micro-influencers, and emphasizing cross-cultural branding, ONE432 can bridge these gaps and align with its audience's values of authenticity, craftsmanship, and community impact.

Outcome

Our project resulted in a marketing campaign to foster connections between New Yorkers and the brand’s mission, strengthen customer loyalty, attract new audiences, and create a scalable, replicable plan. By doing so, this campaign tackled the brand’s key challenges: low awareness, loyalty, and community involvement in NYC. We engaged New Yorkers with street interviews about their ideas of love and showcased a clothing rack of pieces from the brand to boost visibility. This approach successfully increased awareness and connection with the brand, demonstrating strong potential for even greater success through consistent implementation.
