SUMMARY

Our final deliverable is a Website Re-Design Guide that assists the UNHCR Innovation Service to implement a strategy which focuses on increasing comprehension and engagement, as well as incentivising participation for all stakeholders.

While the current UNHCR website has worked wonderfully, it consists of industry jargon and repetition that might be alienating to potential browsers.

Outcome

After conducting extensive research and iteration of our idea, we have concluded that innovation starts with people. Therefore, it is more important than ever for all members of UNHCR, as well as external innovators, to understand the goals of the Innovation Service, to be able to participate in its great initiatives. We have found new ways of thinking and innovative processes that will scale and help detangle some issues the Innovation Service currently has.
